All deliveries are shipped from our warehouse in Miami, FL. Your order will be carefully packed and will receive a shipping notification via email when your package is on it's way. Estimated delivery time within standard delivery is 4-7 business days.
We accept returns within 7 days for exchange or store credit. Any items that are returned to us damaged, soiled or otherwise altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. For additional help please contact email@example.com
Should damage occur during delivery, we will replace or refund the damaged item. To start a claim, send us an email to notify us of the damage with pictures of packaging at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll send you a return label so you can send us back the item free of charge, and replace the damaged item or proceed with a refund.
