Not as advertised

I love the styling of the apothecary cabinet but the color was not as expected. It is advertised as “natural” finish but it is stained in a dark finish. Disappointed. There was also damage to the cabinet making one of the drawers unusable. I have contacted the company via email (the only contact method provided) with no reply in over two weeks. I also ordered an elm stool that was damaged in shipping with no reply from canggu when I reported the damage. I will never order from this company again.
