Shipping and delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. In-stock parcel items leave our Miami warehouse in 3 to 4 business days, and in-stock furniture in 3 to 5 business days.
Most furniture arrives 2 to 4 weeks after you order. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping & Returns and Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Caring for solid wood
- Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- Wipe up spills right away and dry the surface fully.
- Use coasters and placemats under hot, cold or wet items.
- Avoid harsh cleaners and abrasive pads.
- Keep the piece out of direct sunlight and away from heaters and air vents.
Solid wood moves with changes in humidity, so small shifts in grain and color over time are part of its character.
