Long Sideboards
Our long sideboards run from 75 to 90.5 inches, sized for the walls where a standard sideboard looks lost: a long dining room, an open living space or under a large TV. Most are solid reclaimed elm from northern China, with open grain and a weathered surface, and two are reclaimed pine in a worn black finish.
At the longest end, the Four Door Elm Cabinet reaches 90.5 inches in natural or black. The Six Door Elm Sideboard runs 87 inches, and the Naya buffet 84. From 75 to 82.5 inches you'll find drawer-and-door sideboards in natural and black, plus a low six-door media console that sits just 27.5 inches high.

How long should a sideboard be for my wall?
Leave at least 6 to 12 inches of open wall on each side so the piece looks placed rather than squeezed in. On a 10-foot wall, an 84 to 90 inch sideboard fills the space well. On an 8-foot wall, 75 to 80 inches is usually the upper limit.
How long should a sideboard be next to my dining table?
A sideboard close to the length of the table looks balanced, and one slightly shorter works too. Leave about 36 to 42 inches between the table edge and the sideboard so chairs can pull out and people can walk behind them.
Can a long sideboard work as a TV stand?
Yes. An 85-inch TV is about 74 inches across, so a sideboard of 79 inches or more frames it well. For seated viewing, a lower piece like our 27.5-inch-high media console puts the screen closer to eye level than a standard 33 to 37 inch sideboard.
How deep are these sideboards?
Most of our long sideboards are 16 to 18 inches deep, slim enough for a dining room walkway. The reclaimed pine pieces run a little deeper, up to 20.5 inches. Every product page lists exact dimensions.
How is a long sideboard delivered?
Long pieces ship by freight carrier. Standard delivery brings the piece to your door, and in-home delivery to your room of choice is available as an upgrade at checkout. Measure doorways, stairs and turns before ordering, since a 90-inch piece needs a clear path in.
